🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned, even if unopened. We appreciate your understanding and encourage reviewing ingredients before purchasing.
✅ When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
📩 How to Request a Refund
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@alyndra.us and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
We’ll respond within 2 business days after reviewing your request.
💳 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or debit/credit card).
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
❗ Missing or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Still need help? Email us at hello@alyndra.us
❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds For:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Allergic reactions (please review product ingredients before use)
- Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping address
- Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier
