Refund policy

At ALYNDRA, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If your purchase isn't right for you, we're happy to help with an eligible return.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in its original condition
Be returned with its original packaging
Not show signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. ALYNDRA is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

How to request a return

Please contact us at hello@alyndra.us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for the return

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@alyndra.us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for an eligible refund and placing a new order.
